(STILL IN THE MAKING) This Business Plan is Modeled following Rich Dad Poor Dad B-I Triangle and the Bigger Pockets tutorial on planning for a successful business.

Mission Statement:

Create a Series LLC that can provide a comfortable living environment for those looking to begin a future for themselves and their families. Build a company that will produce enough passive income and offer jobs to those who can catch the vision and are willing to work.

Goals:

1. Develop a strong portfolio of rental properties including but not limited to; single family, multi-family, and  apartment buildings.  
2. Create a Property Management company that maintains the portfolio, and manages local properties.

Strategy:

First, Buy and Hold the first home for 1 year to make sure this is a plan for me. Also, organize the Property Management Company. 
Second, Buy homes 1-10 by year 5 
Third, Buy homes 11-50 by year 10
Fourth Buy homes 51-100 by year 15
Fifth Buy homes 101-200 by year 25
Sixth Buy homes 201-350+ by year 30
Year 30 sell the Property Management Company keep assets managed by them and live life. 

Criteria 

Time Frame: 

Broken down into small time increments, the main goal is at 55 years old (30 years)  be able to retire by selling the property management company, and living off the cash flow from the rental properties.
